Selecting the right bra size

Selecting the right bra size is very important for your health and how you look.

This is for countries with inches – there must be equivalents for the metric system. Basically measure under your breasts and add four inches if the result is even and three if odd.

This gives you the strap size. Next measure your breasts at their fullest and take this number from your strap size. Each inc difference is equivalent to one cup size.

Thus a one inch positive difference gice you A cup and a three inch positive difference will give you a C cup.
Negative numbers give you AA, AAA, or AAA
sizes.
Above four inch difference you have:
Five DD or E size.
Six DDD or F size.
Seven DDDD or G size.

Large cup sized need specialty fittings and should be bought in specialty bra stores with professional fitters as ladies with larger breast size need be very careful to have the right size with enough support so they do harm their breasts or hurt their backs.

Note that often there are slight breast asymmetries and your breasts will not be identical sizes. For small differences in size fill up the cup of the smaller breast with tissues.

For large beast size asymmetries you may need cosmetic surgery.
